Payment and Refund policy

We require an initial payment of at least 25% to book your hunt. An additional payment of at least 25% is required when your tag is confirmed. Additional payments can be made at any time, but the full balance is due no later than April 1st for spring hunts, August 1st for fall hunts, and Nov 1^st for winter hunts. For last-minute bookings, the full price of hunt is due at booking. All payments are non-refundable. We accept checks and credit cards.  Please plan to bring extra cash to tip your guide!
